National music & lifestyle tour travels to South Africa’s best sunset locations from October 29th through to December 29th.
Johannesburg, September 28th, 2023: A celebration of pure summer bliss, the Corona Sunsets Summer Tour, launches in Johannesburg on October 29, with a national 15 event tour that travels to 10 of South Africa’s most iconic summer locations, ending in Knysna on December 29.
From an island to a botanical garden and other extraordinary venues, the tour includes events in Cape Town, Polokwane, Johannesburg, Mbombela, Durban, Pretoria, Hartbeestpoort, Sun City, Knysna and Plettenberg Bay, featuring some of the best DJs and music artists to unwind, relax and enjoy SA’s finest sunsets, in the outdoors.
The Corona Sunsets Summer Tour kicks off at the intimate Huddle Park Oasis venue on Saturday, October 29th and, while the full line-up is still to be announced, SA’s multi award-winning, globally recognised electronic dance duo, Goldfish are set to headline.
The duo – whose brand of live, jazzy electronica has hit a nerve on dance floors across the world - will perform at three venues on the tour, including Huddle Park Oasis in Johannesburg on October 29th, Stanley Island in Plettenberg Bay on December 28th, and the Knysna School Fields in Knysna on December 29th.
Other artists and line-up will be announced in due course.
“The Corona Sunsets Summer Tour will be the perfect place to follow the sun and unwind this summer. South Africans work hard, and year end is all about relaxation, so we wanted to go to beautiful destinations which are special and take you out of the everyday. It’s all about being outdoors, in the best sunset locations, unwinding with friends and great entertainment. That’s what summer is all about!” says Marsha Kumire, Corona SA Marketing Director.
