Jeanae Dumas

Jeanae is a highly recognised yoga teacher in Cape Town, she has been teaching yoga since 2014. Being trained with working with the best in the industry, she has had the privilege of learning various styles of yoga, mindfulness breathwork meditation.

Jeanae believes in living a life of awareness, rooted in mindfulness. These beliefs inform and guide her teachings, which are focused on helping people better connect to themselves and their surroundings.

Nthupula’s values resonate with Smai Tawi (Kemetic Yoga) in which asana facilitates astate of unity and harmony through the integration of all aspects of the self, aligning with the divine essence within the wild human.Nthupula fundamentally understands (and appreciates) asana as non-performative and healthful for a sustained life practice, and loves to weave her intuition and innate gifts into a safe, evocative, and guided self-exploration for students of all bodies.”

Kerstin is here to express and play with the contrast of deep emotion and high energy through music.

From storytelling through singer-songwriting to DJing for international dancefloors and upmarket venues, there is an unparalleled appreciation and love for the impact that music has on all experiences, places and people.
