As the sun sets over the magic of #CoronaSunsets Festival World Tour Cape Town, we bring you a revolutionary journey into relaxation and wellness. Chill out and relax at Corona Sunsets Unwind on Sunday the 7th of April at The Lawns and enjoy a full-day program of activities to reconnect you with essential nature.
Prepare to start the day with a walking meditation & guided breathwork with Nthupula, to a yoga flow with Jeanae Dumas, continued with a sound journey with Kerstin, cold plunge; farm to fork brunch, a silent disco and finishing off with a relaxing sunset closing ceremony.
The journey begins on Saturday, 7 April at The Lawns, Camps Bay.
Tickets for this event start at R550 per person. There are limited spaces available for the Nature walk, meditation & guided breathwork with Nthupula; Yoga flow with Jeanae & the silent disco with our special guest.

About the Facilitators
Jeanae Dumas
Jeanae is a highly recognised yoga teacher in Cape Town, she has been teaching yoga since 2014. Being trained with working with the best in the industry, she has had the privilege of learning various styles of yoga, mindfulness breathwork meditation.
Jeanae believes in living a life of awareness, rooted in mindfulness. These beliefs inform and guide her teachings, which are focused on helping people better connect to themselves and their surroundings.
Nthupula
Nthupula’s values resonate with Smai Tawi (Kemetic Yoga) in which asana facilitates astate of unity and harmony through the integration of all aspects of the self, aligning with the divine essence within the wild human.Nthupula fundamentally understands (and appreciates) asana as non-performative and healthful for a sustained life practice, and loves to weave her intuition and innate gifts into a safe, evocative, and guided self-exploration for students of all bodies.”
